Diagnosis of advanced cancer
Receiving inpatient palliative care or outpatient cancer care
Physically and emotionally able to participate
Able to speak and read English
Exclusion Criteria
Outpatients not attending study clinic
Inpatients not receiving care from the hospital Palliative Care Service
