Inclusion Criteria
Patients requiring management of various symptoms that couldnâ??t be managed on the outpatient basis will be admitted in Palliative care ward, Dr. BRA IRCH AIIMS.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2. Presence of co-morbidities that may impact cognitive performance
3.History of major psychiatric disorder or alcohol abuse
4.Haematologic or coagulation abnormalities
5.Renal or hepatic insufficiency
6.Inability to understand and complete HMMSE
