  • •not having musculoskeletal; sensory or neurological diseases that could affect body balance; not using medications that affect balance

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Participants will be excluded if they do not present the minimum attendance stipulated; injuries that disable the participation of volunteers, failure to perform the tasks proposed in class.
