Pregnant women with Uterine Artery Doppler (UAD) positive at 12 weeks,

Low PAPPA less than 0.4 MOM

Exclusion Criteria

Pre-existing chronic hypertension

Kidney disease

Multiple pregnancies

Pregnancy with significant fetal abnormalities
