入选标准
- •1)Age 35-70years
- •2)Subjects who have undergone breast cancer surgery (breast-conservative surgeries,total mastectomy, radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy with or without axillary lymph node dissection and radiation therapy)
- •3)Pain and impaired shoulder mobility on the ipsilateral side
- •4)Shoulder flexion and abduction ROM <100 degrees as measured by a universal goniometer
排除标准
- •1)Lumpectomy
- •2)Axillary web syndrome
- •3)Bone metastasis in the ipsilateral upper limb
- •4)Recent or unhealed fractures around the ipsilateral shoulder ( < 6 months)
- •5)Post-operative infection
- •6)Nerve injury during surgery
