Inclusion Criteria
1) Both male and female above 40 years
2) History of severe night pains since 2-3 months
3) Shoulder ROM restriction (external rotation, abduction, internal rotation)
Exclusion Criteria
1) History recent shoulder or fracture or dislocation
2) Unstable shoulder join
3) Post traumatic shoulder stiffness
4) Hemiplegic shoulder joint, RS
5) Recent Postsurgical cases of shoulder joint
6) Signs of cervical radiculopathy or associated pathology
7) Malignancy
