1) Patients with a diagnosis of idiopathic parkinsonâ??s disease treated with levodopa or itâ??s synergists.
2) Intact cognitive function.(Mini-Mental state examination score > 24 ).
3) Hoehn-Yahr Stages II-IV.
4) No untreated medical conditions (e.g; knee arthritis) that might affect balance and walking functions.
5) Ability to walk 10 meters indoor with or without technical or orthopaedic aids.
1. Balance problems previous to the disease.
2. Having any visual or auditory impairments.
3. Major depression.
