1)Mandibular third molar impacted patients with the similar Pedersons difficulty index.
2)Age group of 18 to 40 years.
3)Patient coming under category of ASA I
4)The medications or anesthetics that will be utilized in the surgical regimen have not contraindications.
5)Patients who are willing to accept informed consent and are willing to participate in the study with its subsequent follow ups will be included in this study.
1)Patients with systemically compromised health.
2)Pregnant and lactating women.
3)Patients allergic to NSAIDS.
4)Patients on anticoagulant therapy.
5)Patient coming under category of ASA II, III, and IV.
