Inclusion Criteria

1 Patient having moderate or severe score OF PSS

Scores ranging from 0-13 would be considered low stress

Scores ranging from 14-26 would be considered moderate stress

Scores ranging from 27-40 would be considered high perceived stress

2 Willing and able to participate in the study for 15 days

3 All the category of stress will be included whether it is due to physical, mental and emotional

Exclusion Criteria

1 Known case of Neuropathy.

2 Pregnant and lactating women

3 Is the subject is Known case of any major illness.

4 Poorly controlled hypertension (systolic >140 and diastolic >90 mm of Hg)

5 Those who have completed participation in any other clinical trial drugs or their ingredients in one -month period.

6 Person having mild stress as per Perceived Stress Scale.
