1. Both male and female participants in the age group of 40 to 70 years will be enrolled
2. Participants who are diagnosed as having osteoarthritis in knee joint by X ray and clinical examination
3. Participants with written informed consent
1. Participants below 40 years of age and 70 years of age
2. Participants who are known case of gout
3. Participants who are known case of rheumatoid arthritis
4. Participants who are known case of psoriatic arthritis
5. Participants who are known case of septic arthritis
6. Participants who are known case of congenital joint anomalies
7. Participants who are known case of post surgical knee osteoarthritis
8. Participants who are known case of rickets and osteomalacia
9. Osteoarthritis with fracture or wound in and around knee joint
10. Contra indication of agnikarma and bandhana
