OT/ICU health care workers having
- Age between 20-55yrs of age group
- male/female,
- experienced N95 users ( have used N95 mask previously /Using mask for for last 1 month )
-Nonsmoker(defined as having never smoked or not smoked in the last 1 year) will be included in the study
Any medical condition that could potentially put subjects at risk from prolonged N95 use, like
-pregnancy,
-cardiorespiratory diseases (arrhythmias, hypertension)
-poorly controlled asthma,
-history of panic attacks or claustrophobia,
-seizure,
-unable to fit test the N95 mask(Facial disfiguration,Beard) will be excluded from the study

Name Time Method To determine the changes in inhaled gases( ETCO2 and FiCO2, and FiO2 ) during use of N95 mask through a sampling line pinched inside the N95 mask overlayed with surgical maskTimepoint: Baseline, 6hours

Name Time Method 1)Changes in vitals - SPO2,pulse rate,NIBP, respiratory rate <br/ ><br>2)To determine the subjective symptoms, comfort score and exertion score of user <br/ ><br>3 ) ABG analysis at the end of the study <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 6 hours
