1. Males or females with the age of 18 to 60 years old.
2. Participants with no acne or mild acnes defined as investigator global evaluation acne (IGEA) scale 1 (almost clear, with a few scattered open or closed comedones and very few papules).
3. Willingly to be parcitipated in project and signed informed consent.
4. Good compliance to the protocol
1. Participants with any rash on facial area.
2. Having underlying disease which effects to severity of acne such as polycystic ovary syndrome.
3. Taking sex hormones or pregnant or breast feeding women
