Inclusion Criteria

Healthy volunteers between 18-80 years old.

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of respiratory symptoms, nasal congestion, fever, cough, or chills within the past 2 weeks, prior to the study date, 2. History of chronic airway diseases such as COPD and asthma, 3. History of systemic antibiotics administration within the past 2 weeks, 4. Facial skin infection or ocular infection on the study date, 5.Unable to lie down flat on the back, 6.Allergic to micropore paper tape.
