1 Patients fulfilling the signs and symptoms of Janu sandhigata vata
2 Patients in the age between 35 to 65 years of either gender
3 Patients having radiological changes with related to Osteoarthritis of knee joint
4 Patients falling under Grade 1 to 3 criteria of Pain Swelling Crepitus and Range of movement
5 The patients who are fit for Janu dhara and Janu pichu procedure
6 The patients who are willing and able to participate and ready to sign consent form
1 Patients with Gouty Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis
2 Patients with any injury to the knee joint
3 Patients who have undergone knee joint replacement
4 Patients who are receiving chemotherapy radiation and corticosteroids as it may interfere the procedure
5 Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and uncontrolled Hypertension and uncontrolled Hypothyroidism

Name Time Method 1 Reduction in the Pain is measured by using Visual Analog Scale <br/ ><br>2 Reduction in the Swelling is measured by using Measurement Tape <br/ ><br>3 Increase in the Range of movement is measured by using Goniometry <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 0th day(before treatment) and 11th day(after treatment) and 21st day(follow up)
