- •1.Patients with clinical features of madhumehajavruna (diabetic foot ulcer) like Katina,putigandha,utsangi,puyasrava.
- •2.Both gender between the age group18-60yrs
- •3.Type 1 and Type 2 DM.
- •4.Chronic ulcer secondary to diabetes of more than 30 days of duration.
- •5.Grade 1 and 2 ulcer acc to Wagnerâ??s Classification Of Diabetic Foot Wounds.

- •1.Patients with other uncontrolled systemic diseases
- •2.Patients suffering from infectious diseases like HIV &HbsAg.
- •3.Coagulation disorder
- •4.Malignancies
