1.Patients with clinical features of madhumehajavruna (diabetic foot ulcer) like Katina,putigandha,utsangi,puyasrava.
2.Both gender between the age group18-60yrs
3.Type 1 and Type 2 DM.
4.Chronic ulcer secondary to diabetes of more than 30 days of duration.
5.Grade 1 and 2 ulcer acc to Wagnerâ??s Classification Of Diabetic Foot Wounds.
1.Patients with other uncontrolled systemic diseases
2.Patients suffering from infectious diseases like HIV &HbsAg.
3.Coagulation disorder
4.Malignancies
