- •1.Patients having uncontrolled diabetes mellitus

- •4.Previous shoulders surgeries, fracture and dislocation.
- •5.Uncontrolled systemic diseases like disseminated intravascular coagulation disorder.
- •6.Sickle cell disease
- •7.Hypertension

- •9.Chronic infectious diseases
- •10.Patient having severe grade in shoulder movements.
