Inclusion Criteria
Psychiatrist documented order of at least 4 session of ECT for the patient, Patient acceptance the collaboration, diagnosis of MDD, BD, or schizophrenia, no MR or dementia
Exclusion criteria: ECT, induced delirium, less than 4 ECTs
