1. Inclusion criteria included either gender, between 18 to 25 years of age, those having
pain on bilateral or unilateral Trapezius.
2. Pain or Spasm or any tender spot-on palpation on nape of the neck or trapezius
3. Trigger point over trapezius
4. Pain on VAS more than 3 less than 8.
1. History of refereed pain due to cervical pathology
2. Fracture or healing
3. fracture over neck and upper back region
4. Dermatitis over the upper back
5. Clotting disorder
6. Wound over neck
7. Shoulder pathology
