Inclusion Criteria
1. Males or females
2. Aged between 25-40 years
3. Be diagnised with myofascial pain syndrome of the upper trapezius muscle (active myofascial trigger point)
4. Pain intensity between 3-8 of the numerical rating scale
Exclusion Criteria
1. Other neck and shoulder pain conditions, such as cervical spondylosis and tendinopathy of the shoulder.
2. Fibromyalgia
3. Serious health conditions, such as cancer, Hemophilia, bone infection
4. Pregnancy
