- •ASA 1 and ASA 2
- •Patients undergoing Laparoscopic Gynaecologic surgeries under general anaesthesia
- •Duration of surgery more than 1 hour and less than 6 hours
排除标准
- •Known allergy to study drugs
- •Uncontrolled hepatic or renal disease
- •Patients with cognitive impairmentor unable to do NRS scoring
- •Patients with preexisting ventricular ectopics
- •Patients with preexisting bradycardia (Heart rate <50/Min)
