Patients with mild, moderate, severe xerostomia will be eligible.
Patient diagnosed with Diabetic Mellitus with following Blood sugar levels are eligible
1)Fasting blood sugar (FBS) levels over 126â??mg/dl.
2)Random blood glucose levels over 200â??mg/dl.
3)Two hours plasma glucose over 200 mg/dl or HbA1c level more than 6.5%
Patients who give the consent for participation in the study.
Patients having allergy to oral moisturizers.
patients who had a salivary gland removal, and patients with Sjogrenâ??s syndrome.
Patients who had received radiation therapy to the head and neck region
