Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients age in between (25\-45\) years.Sex ratio female : male (2:1\). Chronic pain around the patella atleast 3 months.BMI 25\.1 \_\+ 4\.1 kg/m2
- •Positive sign in patellar femoral.Discomfort with palpation on the border of the patella.Patient complaint of anterior or retropatellar aching knee pain during any of the 3 activities i.e. pain when walking up or down stairs; pain when squating; pain when running; pain when cycling; pain when sitting with knee flexed for prolonged duration.Lack of \>\= 20° of supine active knee extension.Participants must be willing to attend the assessment and treatment sessions .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Osteoporosis.Knee osteoarthritis. Patellar tendinopathy. Osgood \- Schalatter disease. Meniscal, ligament or joint capsule tear.Recent knee surgery.Pregnancy. Osteo chondritis dissecans. History of any recurrent patellar dislocation.Diabetic and hypertensive.Cardiac pacemaker. Epilepsy.Cancer.Foot deformity and abnormality
