Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Anterior or posterior pain in the knee area over 12 weeks
  • 2\. Excessive heel bone flare measured at 6 ° of valgus in relaxed standing posture.
  • 3\. Pain associated with at least two of the following four tests
  • 1\) Isometric contraction during slight knee flexion
  • 2\) Facilitation of the knee's femoral line
  • 3\) compression of the knee bone to the femoral bone
  • 4\) Actively limited knee extension
  • 4\. If you have experienced a pain of at least 3 cm at 10 cm of visual analogue scale during the last one week of daily life
  • 5\. You can and will do until the end of the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. injury of the meniscus or joint
  • 2\. Laxity or tenderness of the cruciate or collateral ligaments.
  • 3\. pain of patellar tendon, IT band or pes anserine.
  • 4\. Positive symptoms of patella instability sign
  • 5\. Osgood\-Schlatter or Sinding\-Larsen\-Johansson syndrome.
  • 6\. Traces of Excretion
  • 7\. Connected to the hip or lumbar region (referred to the pain)
  • 8\. History of recurrent knee bony subluxation or dislocation
  • 9\. Surgical history of knee joint
  • 10\. Taking non\-steroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids within 24 hours before the test
