Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •This prospective observational study will be conducted after Ethics committee approval in the institute. Adult patients ( \>18 years old) scheduled for unilateral total knee replacement surgery under subarachnoid block will be screened by the anesthesia team, and after successful screening, they were included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •hepatic or renal insufficiency, age 80 years old, patients undergoing general anesthesia, allergy or intolerance to one of the study medications, body mass index \>40, diabetes mellitus, American Society of Anesthesiologists class IV, chronic gabapentin or pregabalin use (regular use for \>3 months), chronic opioid use (taking opioids for \>3 months, or daily oral morphine equivalent \[OME] of \>5 mg/d for 1 month), and patients with severe valgus deformity and flexion contracture
