The criteria for selecting study subjects were those who have been diagnosed with non-specific chronic low back pain related to back pain and neurological abnormalities through an X-ray examination at a hospital, those who have been diagnosed with the disease for more than three months after diagnosis, and women in 60s and 70s who understood and agreed to this study.
The criteria for exclusion of study subjects were excluded from this study for those with impaired motor and sensory functions, or for those diagnosed by doctors to prohibit exercise, and those with limited range of joint movements due to acute low back pain.
