Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group 19\-35 years
- •Post natal women with lumbar hyper lordosis (pod\-3\)
- •Lower segment caesarean section and Full\-term normal delivery both
- •Anterior pelvic tilt angle of \>13°.
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of trauma to spine and women with congenital spinal deformity.
- •LBP having localized or radiating pain
- •Weakness due to neurological disorders
- •Kyphoscoliosis
- •Radiculopathy
- •Discogenic pain
- •Mother with severe post\-natal problems
