1.Presenile age group between 60 to 70 years.
2. Independent mobility( walks outdoors with no more support than a single point stick
3. No cognition impairment or attention deficit â?? scores > 20 on Mini Mental Status Examination
4. Willing to participate in 3 month intervention programme
5. Had a recent fall past 6 months
1.CVA reported with in past 6 months ,( from medical history)
2.Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus with a history of hypoglycemic attack with fasting plasma glucose concentration of >200 mg/dl ( from medical history)
3.Complications of diabetic mellitus like retinopathy or neuropathy, ( low scores from Sensory Interaction in Balance scale)
4.Systolic BP >180 Hg or Diastolic pressure >110 Hg at rest.
5.Diagnosis of any heart disease,( from medical history)
6.Early or late stage of Alzemiers Disease
7.Dementia
8.Recent fractures with in past 6 months or healing fractures
9.Postural deformity like scoliosis, genu varus or genu vagum.
10.With hearing aids
11. cataract problems
12. any neurological defecit
