1.Patients diagnosed with a unilateral stroke.
2.Patients of post stroke 1 year .
3.Motor recovery of hand Brunnstrom stages 2 and 3.
4.Mini mental state examination score >26.
5.Patients with stable vitals .
•Patients with perceptual disorders .
•Patients having severe spasticity (grade 3 and 4 in modified ashworth scale ) .
•Patients having hemianopia .
•Patients have prominent cognitive deficits and psychiatric disease.
•Patients having proprioceptive deficits .
•Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
