1.Written consent showing willingness to participate in the study.
2.Patients between the age group of 30-70 years of either sex present with clinical features of Madhumeha.
3.Patients having fasting blood sugar level (FBS) greater than 126 mg/dl and less than 200 mg/dl.
4.Patients having 2 hour post prandial blood sugar level (PPBS) greater than 200mg/dl and less than 400 mg/dl
1.Pregnant women and lactation mothers.
2.Known case of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus or I. D. D. M. Patients.
3.Type 2 DM patients having insulin therapy due to secondary failure.
4.Patients suffering from the complications of DM like Ketoacidosis, Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy and Diabetic wounds.
5.Patients suffering from any severe systemic disease, chronic infections or any Active malignancy.
