Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age: 18\-65 years
- •2\. Patients posted for major abdominal oncological surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Refusal of patient or relatives.
- •2\. Severe uncontrolled systemic diseases (DM/HTN/CAD/Valvular heart disease/Respiratorydisease/Neuromuscular disorders/Epilepsy).
- •3\. Patients on drugs that could affect immunological function in peri\-operative period, like corticosteroid.
- •4\. Bacterial or viral infections; patients with fever before surgery.
- •5\. Auto\-immune disease.
- •6\. Pregnancy and lactating women.
- •7\. Patients who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 2 weeks before surgery.
