- •cardiac valve replacement surgery
- •cardiac surgery whit cardiopulmonary bypass
- •patienes whit age over 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •ejection fraction less than 20%
- •weight less than 30 kg
- •emergency surgery
- •thrombocytopenia
- •surgery requires deep hypothermia
- •chronic kidney disease
