1. Patients who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent for this clinical trial.
2. Patients in the age group of 18 to 50 years.
3. No congenitally missing teeth.
4. Patients will be divided as:
a) Group 1: 30 patients with Dolichofacial facial patterns
b) Group 2: 30 patients with Mesiofacial facial patterns
c) Group 3: 30 patients with Brachyfacial facial patterns
1. Systemic conditions associated with periodontal diseases.
2. History of periodontal treatment within the past 6 months.
3. History of patients with Orthognathic surgery
4. Pregnancy or a history of taking medications known to increase the risk of gingival hyperplasia.
