入选标准
- •1)Patients of either sex, aged 20â??70 years,
- •2)Body mass index (BMI) 25â??35 kg/m2
- •3)ASA physical status I & II
- •4)Patients with normal cardiorespiratory function
排除标准
- •1)Refusal by patient for the procedure
- •2)Patients having bleeding disorders or on anticoagulants,
- •3)Those having a history of treatment for a chronic pain condition and were on daily analgesics for more than 4 weeks
- •4)Patients with basal metabolic index >35 kg/m2 or the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status >Il
- •5)Patients with infection at the site of injection.
- •6)Those with allergy or sensitive to local anaesthetic agents
- •7)Those with severe respiratory disease, neurological deficits involving the popliteal nerve
