- •Posted for Modified Radical Mastectomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •ASA Grade III and above
- •Drug allergy
- •Obese(BMI \>35 kg per sq.m)
- •Bradycardia
- •Coagulopathy
- •Cardiac Conduction Block
- •Infection at Injection site
- •patient n beta blocker or antiplatelet
- •Psychiatric illness
