1.Clinically diagnosed with Sarcopenia â?? using SARC-F Questionnaire & AWGS criteria.
2.Scored less than or equal to 10 on the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB)
1.Having medical condition that preludes exercise (e.g. unstable
cardiac diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled
metabolic diseases, severe pulmonary disease)
2. Evidence of neuromuscular illness.
3. Participants those who are already engaged in a dedicated and structured physical exercise regimen for 3 or more days per week for last six months.
4.Significant or suspected cognitive impairment (inadequate communication ability) - < 26 in Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MOCA)
5.Any medical contraindication to electrical stimulation.
