Inclusion Criteria
1. Age equal to or over 18 years old
2. Refractory Helicobactor pyloridefined by persisitent of infection after 2 or more standard treatment regimens.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Known of allergy to treatment regimen
2. Pregnancy or lactating woman
3. Severe chronic liver or kidnet diseases which affect medication dosages.
