- •1. Age equal to or over 18 years old
- •2. Refractory Helicobactor pyloridefined by persisitent of infection after 2 or more standard treatment regimens.
排除标准
- •1. Known of allergy to treatment regimen
- •2. Pregnancy or lactating woman
- •3. Severe chronic liver or kidnet diseases which affect medication dosages.

Efficacy of Vonoprazan, Sitafloxacin and Amoxicillin Regimen for Treatment of Refractory Helicobacter pylori infectioPrevalence of helicobacter pylori is 17-55%. Ten to twenty percents of H.pylori infection were failed to treatment with first line regimen. Refractory H.pylori infection defined as H.pylori infection which failed to treatment with at least 2 regimens.
