Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pt with healthy lung, no respiratory symptoms, no pre\-existing lung pathologies (Negative CXR)
- •Age: between 18\-60 years old,
- •Body mass index (BMI) \<35 kg/m2
- •ASA I \& II
- •Elective laparoscopic surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pt with pulmonary, cardiac and neuromuscular diseases.
- •Corresponding surgical history and respiratory tract infection were excluded.
- •Those undergoing conversion from laparoscopic to open surgery
- •Those experiencing critical postoperative complication such as severe subcutaneous emphysema and pneumothorax.
