入选标准

  • Patients presenting with first ever acute ischemic stroke involving MCA territory
  • Patients presenting within the first 24 hours after stroke onset who were not eligible for rtPA or mechanical thrombectomy.
  • NIHSS between 5-20: moderate and moderate to severe strokes

排除标准

  • Patients with history of intracranial surgeries or skull defects
  • Patients with lacunar or hemorrhagic stroke
  • Pregnant females
  • Contraindications to MRI and /or tDCS
