- •-Aged over 18 years

- •-Allergic to tranexamic acid
- •-Coagulopathy or Bleeding tendency
- •-History of thromboembolic events
- •-Serum creatinine level > 2 mg/dL
- •- Pregnancy or breast feeding
- •- ASA class IV
