Inclusion Criteria

  • Palliative decompressive TL level spinal metastatic surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • -tranexamic acid allergy
  • -Osteoporosis
  • -Hb < 12 in female, <13 in male
  • -CKD stage V, Cr > 2 mg/dL
  • -patient who has history of thromboembolic events: ischemic stroke, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis
  • -patient who has coagulopathy and/or bleeding tendency
  • -patient who has ASA class IV or more according to American Society of Anesthesiologist
