Inclusion Criteria
- •Palliative decompressive TL level spinal metastatic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •-tranexamic acid allergy
- •-Osteoporosis
- •-Hb < 12 in female, <13 in male
- •-CKD stage V, Cr > 2 mg/dL
- •-patient who has history of thromboembolic events: ischemic stroke, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis
- •-patient who has coagulopathy and/or bleeding tendency
- •-patient who has ASA class IV or more according to American Society of Anesthesiologist
