入排标准
入选标准
- •Age : 20 â?? 60 yrs
- •Sex : male and female
- •ASA-PS status : I or II
- •Duration of surgery: Within 2 to 3 hrs.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •Uncontrolled hypertension, higher degree A-V block.
- •H/O COPD, obstructive sleep apnea.
- •Documented hepatic , G-I tract, renal, haematological, psychiatric illness, and seizure disorder.
- •H/ O allergy.
- •patient with alcohol abuse.
- •Pregnancy and breast feeding.
- •Morbid obesity.
- •Patients on chronic opioid analgesic , TCA , clonidine, MAO-Inhibitor therapy.
