•1\. Symptomatic or asymptomatic acral pigmentary lesions
•2\. Patients who give consent

Exclusion Criteria

•1\. Self induced pigmentation by means of tattoo
•2\. Pigmentation following injury or disease process
•3\. Previously treated pigmented lesions
•4\. Lesions on the dorsal aspect and subungual area
