Inclusion Criteria

Urine samples without germs or bacteria (confirmed by urine culture). The study participant who delivers the urine specimen must have no symptomatic or asymptomatic urinary tract infection and have not taken antibiotics for at least four weeks.

Exclusion Criteria

Urine samples with germs or bacteria, also in an insignificant amount, asymptomatic bacteriuria (confirmed by means of urine culture)
