Inclusion Criteria
1)All neonates admitted in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and suspected of having Neonatal sepsis.
2)All neonates admitted in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and having risk factors for neonatal sepsis.
3)Neonatal Intensive Care Unit stay greater than 48 hours
Exclusion Criteria
1)Refusal of Consent
2)patients with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit stay less than 48 hours
