Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis with case of pcos with ovulatory dysfunctions, Anovulatory cycle, irregular menses
Exclusion Criteria
1) patient having systemic disease like DM, HTN
2) Menorrhagia in PCOS
3) Patient having Anorectal disease
4) patient having Headache, Migraine,Sinusitis, congestion or any other upper respiratory tract disease.
