Definite diagnosis of relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis according to McDonald criteria revised in 2017, at least 6 months after diagnosis
Being in the remitting stage
Non use psychotropic drugs three months before and during the study
Ability to attend therapy sessions
Living in Tehran during the treatment sessions
Age between 18 and 50 years old
Moderate to severe depression and anxiety based on Beck Depression and Anxiety Inventory score
history of psychotic disorders
history of cognitive and personality disorders
evidence of severe physical conditions ( such as malignancies ) that have priority treatment
Simultaneous presence in another psychotherapy
Addiction to narcotics and stimulants, sedatives drugs
Absence in more than two treatment sessions

Name Time Method Cognitive emotion regulation. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and 3 months later (Pretest, Post test, Follow up). Method of measurement: Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire ( CERQ).;Depression. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and 3 months later (Pretest, Post test, Follow up). Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory - edition 2.;Anxiety. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and 3 months later (Pretest, Post test, Follow up). Method of measurement: Beck Anxiety Inventory.
