Men and women
Aged between 18-45 years
Body mass index between 17.5-30 kg/m2
Informed consent by the participants
- Age below 18 or above 45 years
- Body mass index below 17.5 kg/m2 or above 30 kg/m2
- Smokers
- The presence of chronic disease, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease or any condition known to affect normal cardiovascular functioning.
- Any musculoskeletal condition that would prevent the subject from performing the exercise protocol.
