Patient with single ulcer with size less than 7Ã?7 cm will be include in study.
HbA1c level <6.5%
Patient with blood pressure <160/90mm/hg.
Venous ulcer.
Diabetic ulcer.
Traumatic wound which fail to heal.
Infectious ulcer.
Burns.
Pressure sore.
Patients with infectious diseases like HbsAg, AIDS.
Patient with ulcer size more than 7Ã?7 cm of each ulcer.
Patients with any coagulopathy (like Haemophilia).
Vulnerable group of people like mentally ill.
Blood pressure >160/90 mm/Hg, Malignant hypertension, Accelerated hypertension.
Uncontrolled DM (HbA1c level above > 6.5%).
Immunocompromised patients.
