入排标准
入选标准
- •Patient with ulcer size less than 7Ã?7 cm of each ulcer
- •Patients are selected irrespective of caste and religion.
- •Patient with blood pressure <150/90
- •HbA1c level <50 mmol/mol ( > 6.5%)
排除标准
- •Patients with chronic non healing ulcer like eczema, stasis eczema, lepramatous wounds, ulcer due to advanced neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease etc.
- •Patients with infectious diseases like AIDS, HbsAg, HCV etc.
- •Patient with ulcer size more than 7Ã?7 cm of each ulcer
- •Age above 70 & below 10 years.
- •Patients with coagulopathy (like Haemophilia)
- •Vulnerable group of people like mentally ill.
- •Uncontrolled DM ( HbA1c level above 50 mmol/mol ( > 6.5%))
- •Blood pressure >150/90, Malignant hypertension, Accelerated hypertension
