- •Hemodialysis patients with AV fistula or graft access
- •age more than 18 year
排除标准
- •unwillingness of patient to participate in study
- •hypersensitivity to alcoholic components and solutions
- •Use of analgesics within 24 hours before cannulation
- •Patient with mental problems and inability to complete the questionnaire and unable to collaborate
- •Patients with unstable hemodynamics
- •participation in another study
- •Skin lesion at the site of punctuation
- •numbness of the limb with vascular access
